Ingredients for laksa. Interesting food theory: eating chillies in hot weather helps cool your body, whereas ginger warms it. I thought I'd test this theory on one of the warmer days, and it sort of worked! Mind over matter perhaps? The laksa was delicious at least, vegan laksa for the win! My secret ingredient is fennel seeds, and lots of them.
My new favourite flower arranging technique is colour blocking. Nice, huh? Lucky I have a cheap florist nearby!

Mmmm, yummy! I don't know why but I have (sadly) never made laksa before. Must try! One of my favourites is vegan pho :)
