giveaway time!

Hello! I have a question to pose for you all. It goes like this:

What new Pocket Carnival products would you like?

I've got lots of fun new ideas for products that I'm working on - first in the lineup of goodies is some homewares type things! But I'd love to know what you would all like to see adorned with little Pocket Carnival illustrations. Do you want more designs for our current products, or do you have a brand new product in mind? Or do you think everything is perfect just like it is?

If you're just new to Pocket Carnival, please take a peek through our shop here!

The giveaway:
Leave a comment on this blog post letting me what new products you would like to see Pocket Carnival making (or if you can't think of one, what's your favourite current product?)

Edited to add: I have heaps of ideas, but I want to know what you all really want!

Giveaway closes Tuesday 18th May at 9pm Melb time.
I will randomly select 3 winners who will each be able to choose a Pocket Carnival coinpurse or (unframed) art print of their choice (I will post anywhere in the world!) So don't leave your comment anonymously, okay?

I can't wait to read your comments! Thank you all, in advance!

I think some screen printed tea towels would be very cute. I'd love to have something like that in my kitchen.

I would love to see some funky lil boys items. I am thinking the designs that you have would look awesome in lil pj pants or shorts for around the house.

What about a note holder....like a fabric one that you can hang on the wall. with lil slots in there to put mail unopened , bills, notices for school etc....
:)

Your shop is adorable! You could definitely expand to makeup bags/cases! Or try a cute set of pillow cases - I can see something similar to the totes, simple so it's not too cutesy.

As much as I love the awesome sweetness of your shop, I'm also a Magic the Gathering card game geek player. One deck I would normally have would be about the size of a 4 deck of cards stacked together. Usually I use a rubber band to tie them together but something like your coin purse but enlarged would make for an absolutely awesome deck holder!

Ah, maybe I'm too geeky but I'm a girl too so that would be hotness. Cheers!

Penny, you know I love your totes! I do like the tea towel idea mentioned by some of the others. And what about aprons for kids and adults made from Pocket Penny fabric or screen printed like your totes are?

oh there are so many possibilities with such gorgeous prints, but anything for the kitchen would be fab, so tea towls, aprons and pot holders. Although I think nursery/children's decor would also be great like lamp shades, pillows and library bags.

There is so much you could do - if you had the time and inclination! Cushion covers, pillow slips, laundry bags, library bags (imagine your cute little characters reading books!), mini tooth fairy pillows (for those lost teeth), placemats, oven mitts, pot holders, napkins, need I go on??

Hope we've all given you some useful ideas :)

Humm you should do somethings for the kitchen, like towels or aprons, I think a lot of moms and girls, feel kind of weird spending money on things for themselves but!!! if you give them cute things that the DO need well, they will be able to buy guilt free.
Thanks!

I do love all your illustrations and one day when I have defeated my stash a bit more I shall buy some! My suggestion would be iron on patches (for people to pop on kids t-shirts or holes in jeans etc) and postcards. How about softie keyrings too? I think they would be very popular.

Morphologica said...

pocketcarnival mugs would be awesome!!

i think cushion covers would be fantastic, especially in the cloud fabric. i am a sucker for stationery so sticky notes featuring your gorgeous prints would be awesome. i am struggling to find crafty oven mitts so if i can join the chorus of kitchen ware suggestions, I would love oven mitts, a trivet, tea towels and placemats...good luck with your new designs!

My favourite suggestion so far is mugs. If you do mugs, I'll buy one from you straight away!

I also really like the wrapping paper and notepad suggestions.

The only things I can add as suggestions are sticker sets, and a calendar (have they been suggested yet?)

Can't think of anything that hasn't already been mentioned. We obviously love your designs and would like to see them on EVERYTHING!
Personal favourite would be kitchen items of tea towels, oven mits, mugs and placemats in a set of 6 different ones as your characters are all so adorable!
