Last night I was in need of something sweet - so I whipped up these vegan white chocolate & apple cupcakes! I'm still working on the recipe, it's not quite perfect yet, but they took maybe 5 mins to make (plus baking time) so I was rather pleased!They baked in the time it took to watch almost 1 episode of Arrested Development. Very good.
